In order not to disturb your neighbors, no check-ins will be permitted after 9:00pm.
Reminder: State of Maine Forestry prohibits transporting firewood: “Burn where you Buy”
Need to make an unexpected cancellation? You have the option to move your reservations to a new time for only $20.00.
Early check-in may be available for $15.00 during Spring and Full season only; contact the resort office the morning of your arrival for availability. Late check-outs may be available for $15.00; (only during off season, not available during the summer). Check with the resort office on your day of departure for availability. Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation, and forfeit all money paid.
Reservations for vacations for a week or longer in July or August can be made up to a year in advance.
If a reservation was made a year in advance, your deposit made at that time is Non-Refundable.
Reservations of less than 7 nights for the summer season will be accepted starting June 1st (2 night minimum).
Holiday Weekend Reservations will be accepted for a three (3) night minimum stay (except July 4th weekend is a 4 night min.), and a 50% deposit must be made to secure each reservation when booking, to guarantee the site. Memorial Day Weekend and Columbus Day Weekend can be reserved at anytime.
Fourth of July Weekend can be reserved beginning on June 1st. Labor Day Weekend (other than waterfront/prime sites) may be reserved any time. Waterfront/prime sites may be reserved 30 days or less in advance.
FAMILY CAMPING DOG FEE: Please clean up after your pet. One dog is part of your site fee when you camp for 7 nights or longer. Any additional pets are $7.00 each, per night. Summer and Fall Season: Pets are $7.00 each, per night when you camp for less than 7 nights. During Spring Season, pets are $4.00 each, per night. All dogs are free on Show Off Your Dog Weekend.
