Reservation Policies

General Reservation Information

Advanced Reservations are highly recommended, especially for summer, holiday and Halloween, Peak times, and Special Event periods. A credit card deposit or payment in full depending on type of stay you choose is required when making the reservation. Must be 21 years of age to make a reservation. A family member or guardian over the age of 21 must be present for any under the age of 21 to stay at the campground. (No one under the age of 21 can stay alone)

Once you have made your reservation you cannot shorten your stay. You may lengthen it but it cannot be shortened once it is booked.

Must be 21 years of age to make a reservation and a parent or guardian must always be present during their stay if anyone under the age of 21 is staying on their site. (This is for all campers including Seasonals)

Each site is rented to one family consisting of 2 adults and 4 Children (under the age of 18) (there is additional change for more adults up to a maximum of 4 per site. We do not charge more for those with a large family. They must be immediate family not friends and under the age of 18.)

All reservations are firm upon arrival and no refunds will be allowed for early departure no matter the situation that causes the departure. Please do not ask for a refund after check-in.

Until June 1st of each year and all reservations made a year in advance for the Summer Season must be made for at least one week Saturday to Saturday. On June 1st we will start accepting shorter stays with a 2-night minimum other than Holidays and special events, those could be a minimum of 3 to 4 nights depending on the holiday or event.

Loyalty Rate

Non-refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours after booking. This rate is for our returning customers rebooking their stay for the following year.

Making your Reservation

To ensure that you receive this special rate, we will need a credit/debit card to charge at the time of booking. Amount is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.

When rebooking your stay a year in advance there is an initial non-refundable deposit due at time of booking (Amounts vary based on site type and time of year, see associate for more detail) and the remaining 50% Deposit balance is due by January 1st and the remaining balance due by March 1st of the following year.

If Payment is not made on-time Acres of Wildlife reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice to you, or/and remove this Loyalty Discount if all requirements were not met.

Cancelling Your Reservation

You may cancel your reservation for no charge within 24 hours of booking.

After this time, please note that your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable.

When You Check-in

Please be prepared to show a Valid State ID or Driver’s License to verify identity and age. Must be 21 to book and stay unless accompanied by a legal guardian or Parent over 21 years of age. It cannot be a friend.

Modifying Your Reservation

Under this program there is no modifying your stay unless it is within 24 hours of making your reservation. You can move your stay to a different date for a fee of $20. When moving your dates, you cannot lessen your stay and it must adhere to all requirements for the period you are moving to.

Additional Information / Summary

• A credit card is required for payment to guarantee your rate and stay.
• Loyalty is Non-refundable.
• Loyalty rates will be held with the non-refundable deposit when finalizing their reservation. Then the remaining 50% deposit is due by January 1st and the remaining balance is due by March 1st of the following year.
• If payment is unsuccessful, Acres of Wildlife Campground reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any notice to you or/and remove this Loyalty Discount if all requirements were not met.
• Date changes to the reservation are allowed after 24 hours of booking with a $20.00 fee and it meets all the other requirements.
• Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prepayment. There is no refund at any time for this rate.
• The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay or a valid credit card must be on file.

Standard Rate

Making Your Reservation

We will need a credit card deposit of 50% prepayment in USD to reserve your reservation at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the reservation date. This rate is fully refundable if cancelled before 30 days of your reservation. If cancelling within 30 days of the reservation, there is no refund.

A reservation made one year in advance will require a Non-refundable payment at time of booking (Amounts vary based on site type and time of year, see associate for more details) and the remaining 50% Deposit balance is due by January 1st of the following year. If the remaining deposit is not paid on time Acres of Wildlife reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice to you.

Cancelling Your Reservation

You may cancel your reservation for no charge if you are cancelling more than 30 days from the date of your original reservation. If you booked a year in advance your refund will be less any non-refundable deposit made. If you cancel within 30 days or less there will be no refund issued but you can move your reservation to a different date for a fee of $20. The length of stay cannot be reduced and must meet the requirements of the time you are moving to.

You may choose to move your reservation for a fee of $20 some restrictions may apply. Reminder when moving your reservation, it cannot be shortened.

Check-In/Check-Out Information

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00am

Early check-in may be available for $15.00. During Spring and Fall season only; contact the resort office the morning of your arrival for availability. Late check-outs may be available for $15.00; (only during off season not available during the summer). Check with the resort office on your day of departure for availability. Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation, and forfeit their deposit.

Check-In For Cabins: During peak seasons or inclement weather conditions, all units may not be ready by 3:00pm, and your patience is appreciated. Our staff takes pride in making sure the units are clean & maintained prior to each Guest’s arrival, and therefore we do not allow Guests to enter units that are not yet cleared for Check-In. There will be no compensation for units not available at 3:00pm.
