Welcome to Acres of Wildlife Campground All information and services displayed on the Acres of Wildlife Campground website constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your request for availment constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms & conditions as listed below. All the terms & conditions form an Agreement regulating our relationship with regard to use of online transactions.
All the terms and conditions must be read very carefully. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions, you should not use this service. Your use of a Website/Payment Center shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions. By using this facility, you accept that this will form a legal binding agreement between you and Acres of Wildlife Campground.
Defintions:
“Agreement” means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexures, Privacy Policy, and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time.
“User”/ “You” means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including using or accessing the services provided on this Website.
“Website” means the online transaction platform owned and operated by AOWC which provides a venue to the users of AOWC to buy the products/services listed on www.acresofwildlife.com
“Product/s” connotes Admission Forms that appears in our website i.e www.acresofwildlife.com where the user/applicant can fill the form online and services promoted / displayed on the Website and offered for any use / sale.
“AOWC” means Acres of Wildlife Campground.
Product Descriptions & Pricing:
We work hard to be as accurate as possible. Errors will be corrected when discovered and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition. We also reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any item. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items offered on our website may be priced wrong. If the correct price of an item sold or leased by us is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel our order and notify you of such cancellation.
Third-Party Links:
In an attempt to provide increased value to the visitors of our Website, AOWC may provide links to websites operated by third parties. However, AOWC has no control over these linked websites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of AOWC. These linked websites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. AOWC does not sell any information to any third party.
Electronic Communications:
When you use the Websites or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on or through the Website, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your cellular provider’s message & data rates may apply to your use of the Websites, and payment is your responsibility.
Reservations:
Reservations for a week or longer in Summer Season can be made up to a year in advance. Reservations for less than 7 nights for Summer Season will be accepted starting June 1 (2 night minimum). Holiday Weekend Reservations will be accepted for a three (3) night minimum stay (except July 4th Weekend is a 4 night minimum), and a 50% deposit must be made to secure each reservation when booking to guarantee the site. Memorial Day Weekend and Columbus Day Weekend can be reserved at anytime. Fourth of July Weekend can be reserved beginning June 1. Labor Day Weekend (other than waterfront/prime sites) can be reserved at any time. Please call if you have any questions or comments. We’re here for YOU.
Reservation Quest Forms:
By filling out the form you acknowledge that this is only a request and not an actual reservation until you receive a confirmation email from us and the deposit has been made. We are not responsible for any lost or missed correspondence do to internet errors or emails lost in the web.
Reservations are Required:
When a one night drop-ins is possible an additional fee of $10 plus site fee is added. If you reserve more than one campsite, you are responsible for the site deposit for each family for which you reserve a site. There is a $15.00 service charge for each reservation change made prior to arrival. No shortening of reservations. A 50% deposit is required to secure reservations when booking.
Online Payments:
In using online payment processing, it is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete any payments directed through the online payment processing system. Check with your financial institution and/or card issuer to determine if any additional charges for such a debit will apply to your account and ask how electronic payment transactions may be described on your statement. If a transaction is refused by your financial institution for any reason, including insufficient funds, closed account, unauthorized account, or exceeding account limits, the online payment processing system will not be able to process your payment. Under the terms of your agreement with AOWC, you may be subject to additional charges if your payment is rejected, reversed or refused by your financial institution. There for your reservation maybe canceled if the required deposit is not met by the required time. Likewise, we reserve the right to discontinue accepting online payments at any time, for any reason, without prior written notice. We may send notification of termination of these services at any time after the termination is effective.
By accepting these terms and agreements you are authorizing AOWC to run the card that you provided and for the amount that you requested. AOWC is not responsible for any lost communication do to the internet or communication with your financial institution.
Deposit requirement for all sites and rentals:
We Encourage payment in FULL BEFORE Check-In. This helps quicken Your CHECK-IN Process. The remaining Balance is due in Full upon Check-In.
All sites and rentals required deposits are due to secure your future stay (at time of renewal a non-refundable deposit it required.) The remaining balance of the 50% deposit is then due no later than February 15th of the year of the reservation. If the reservation is made after February 15th then you will have 10 days to make the required deposit before the reservation is canceled. AOWC reserves the right to cancel unpaid deposit reservations with out notification to you. It is your responsibility to make sure all deposits are made on time. In the event that a deposit can not be made with in the required time you must contact AOWC within the 10 days for approval for an extension on the required time. AOWC reserves the right to deny or approve any request.
Renewal Policy:
If you enjoy the site you occupy during your stay, you have the option to reserve that same site for the same week of the following year, until Thursday of your vacation week during the Summer Season. Friday, the site will be open on a first come basis. Minimum reservation is 7 nights with a $130 (non-refundable) deposit for sites booked for Summer Season and long holiday weekends. ($230 non-refundable for all rentals except the Inn.) Spring Season, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Adults Only Weekend and Fall Season you have first option for reserving your site until Sunday 11 AM of your weekend. After 11 AM, the site will be open on a first come basis.
Property:
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Indemnification:
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AOWC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of, resulting from, or related to any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity related to use of the Websites (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Websites using your Internet account.
Limitation of Liability:
AOWC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise out of or result from the use of, or the inability to use, the websites or materials on the website, even if AOWC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
